Erika Lundgren, LICSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Sleep Medicine Clinician

Welcome! I’m the owner of More Than Just Okay. I created this practice after recognizing the need for experienced and professionally trained behavioral sleep medicine clinicians.

Since I’m a human first and therapist second, I also want you to know I am a runner, an owner of a retired greyhound, a lover of ice cream, a morning person (gasp!), a big sister, a reader, and therapist all wrapped up in one.

I’ve been providing therapy for over 10 years now and have slowly found my way to my greatest passion in the therapy world: helping people learn how to sleep better.
